Introduction
Haria L. G. Rotary Hospital Vapi only hospital in south gujrat which had full accreditation of NABH, is recognized by National Board of Examinations to permit practical training for students undergoing courses of DNB in 2 disciplines. This training for DNB specialities in Haria L. G. Rotary Hosptial Vapi is given to students under specialists and HOD with considerable experience in accordance with guidelines given by the National Board of Examination (NBE). The holders of Board’s qualification awarded after DNB examination are eligible to be considered for specialist’s post/faculty in any hospital including a training/teaching institution on a teaching post/as faculty member/teacher/assistant professor/lecturer. Guidelines regarding accreditation of the institute and in selection of the residents is purely done on rules and regulations issued by the NBE from time to time. The programs are available in various Diplomate National Board specialties, India.

Programme Description
With the presence of highly qualified, skilled, and compassionate faculty members, Haria L. G. Rotary Hospital provides world-class formation in medical education. Taking into account that the hospital houses all major specialties and super specialties under one roof and with a sustained patient inflow in OP and IP, DNB trainees get copious exposure to patients and disease conditions that ground them immensely in their training.
Haria L. G. Rotary Hospital is accredited by NBE and successfully runs DNB courses in 2 broad specialties. Currently, 2 students undergo DNB training in the hospital.
DNB Trainees in General Medicine are trained under experienced and qualified members of the faculty and get the opportunity to work in departments like Critical Care Medicine, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Nephrology, etc.
Haria L. G. Rotary Hospital houses an enviable hectic 250 Bed Hospital + 42 Beded ICU + 9 Beded Cardiac ICU. The daily average OPD of General Medicine dept is 250 and Indoor admission average is 25 admission daily. It goes without saying that the skills developed by the DNB trainees in the General Medicine team are massive.
Academics
The fundamental components of the teaching programme includes: Case presentations & discussion, Seminar , bedside sessions, file rounds & documentation of case history and examination, progress notes, round discussions, investigations and management plan) interesting and difficult case unit discussions.
Accommodation
Haria L. G. Rotary Hospital provides Single bedroom accommodation for male and female DNB trainees. These rooms are available at walking distance from the hospital building.
Library
Hospital provides library facilities for DNB trainees. The library is equipped with the latest books and Journals as per the DNB curriculum. The Library is having Internet facility for the student to work on machine and provide Wi-Fi facility in the library to each student for their study purpose only.
